Took one of our cars in for diagnostic service, and Shelby did a great job explaining what they found as well as what they didn’t find. Friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be bringing our cars back for service in the future.

I took my new truck in for an independent inspection and it was completed quickly. Hotchkiss recommended a few repairs which were completed in a couple of days. Shelby was very communicative throughout.

I recently went to Hotchkiss Auto for a car repair. The service was prompt and everyone I met there was very helpful and quickly handled my questions about our estimate and the repair I had done. Service Advisor, Jenna, worked with me and I would highly recommend her. Jenna is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. We are happy to know that Hotchkiss is in the neighborhood and is a repair shop that we will certainly look forward to supporting in the future.

Never been before. Chose Hotchkiss to get brake fluid flushed. The entire process was easy, the way it should be. Price was competitive.

Hotchkiss helped me a ton with our 2012 Fiat 500. We had multiple leaks repaired and what impressed me the most was the clear explanation, 4k photos of the issues, and clear instructions of what needs fixed first. I recently recommended another Fiat to go here as I truly feel they are honest mechanic who aren’t trying to nickel and dime. Ask for my friend Jenna, she’s awesome!

My experience here has been amazing. I first called because I had questions about getting my battery programmed which no one else could do. The only option I had was to take to the dealership which was going to cost $300! Ridiculous. I called Hotchkiss auto and they got me in right away to do the programming of the battery and quoted me $60-$100 depending on how long it took. I sat at the auto shop for about 20 minutes. They were able to get my battery programmed for me and did not charge me a single penny! The whole staff was nice, welcoming, and they had a nice waiting room for me to sit in while they worked on my vehicle. Will definitely go back for more services in the future! 10/10 recommend

Excellent service, terrific communications. I couldn't ask for better. Shelby, at the front desk was amazing. Friendly, thorough, detailed and kept me informed as the work was being done. Couldn't ask for more other than a larger parking lot!
