Really positive experience at Hotchkiss. Everyone was organized, communicative, and easy to work with. Kyle was great and made the whole process feel low-stress. I mistakenly thought something was wrong with my car afterward, and even though it wasn’t related to their service, they were patient and happy to help me figure it out. Thank you, Kyle!!! I have been bringing my vehicles to Hotchkiss since 2018. I will never bring my car anywhere else. They have always been reliable and honest. I always have such an amazing experience from a simple oil change to brakes and valve cover replacements. They are on it. Very trustworthy and consistent.

Hotchkiss is my go- to for my 2008 Lex. Kyle and Jas are both so friendly and helpful. My under-warranty battery died. Hotchkiss replaced it at no charge, no hassle. They even ordered me a Lyft home. This place does great auto work, the staff are friendly and professional, and they never try to upsell. Hotchkiss for life!

Hotchkiss was highly recommended from another shop that did not do the repairs I needed. Top notch people at Hotchkiss, great communication and keep you up to date on timeline to complete the work. I went in for a coolant leak and the Hotchkiss team knocked it out in a little over a day. Price was reasonable and the quality of the work was impeccable.
