Simply excellent service, kind people, and very clear explanations for what needed to be done now versus later. This is not a "charge whatever they can" auto repair shop; its a place of ethical and friendly business. HIGHLY recommend.

Please go see Cody at Hotchkiss Auto. I had a very hard to diagnose problem with my fuel system, and they would not rest until they got it resolved for me. They are honest to a fault and definitely work too hard. The front desk staff has always been super friendly and helpful.

Shout out to Kyle and the team at Hotchkiss for taking great care of me and my RAM for a couple decent sized repairs now. Repairs were done well, service was timely and communication/clarity of what needed done now vs could be done later was excellent. Also the price was better than other quotes I got for the vehicle. Definitely a place you can take your vehicle as a woman and not get taken advantage of. 10/10 for Hotchkiss Auto Repair.

Terrible! Take your car to a HONEST company. Another mechanic solved the problem the same day for a lower price. ……….. When I dropped it off at 11, they told me it would be a few hours before they looked at it. They didn’t look at my car until 4 hours after I dropped it off. Then they said they couldn’t find the problem and I needed to show them. My car only malfunctioned after it ran for a while, so it wasn’t happening with the technician in the car with me. I was told I could bring it back and pay an extra $50 for a more extensive inspection after paying $100 for the first inspection. I almost did it but when I talk we to the lady she said, I would still have to wait all day again. My car wouldn’t have priority even though I’m bringing it back and nothing was done the first time. I took it to another mechanic and they were able to fix the problem that day.

Very thorough and honest customer service and expertise. Used these guys when I moved to Denver and never felt uncomfortable with their work or pricing.

I kept getting the run-around with trying to get my car fixed and it's an older car and got my vehicle in with Hotchkiss and Mason and the other mechanic got me back on the road again!! Thanks for everything

They are amazing. So thorough and detailed, they gave me the most complete report with proof of every single thing. They even helped me after they were closed and waited with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Truly went above and beyond explaining things, gave great recommendations for repairs. They are seriously the most transparent and honest auto shop. My tech was Jasmine, she was awesome and worked around my schedule and explained everything! That was the best experience I've had working with an auto shop. I encourage everyone to support them!
