Have used Hotchkiss before. Great small shop, family owned. The addition of customer liaisons has improved the service quality enormously!! Jenna was incredibly helpful!

Jenna is great! They fixed my starter in 2 hours when a dealership was going to charge me for 4 hours. Would highly recommend. Better prices and more transparency.

Jenna was an amazing help. I called in with a punctured low tire and they saw me within 15 minutes to identify the leak and get it repaired. I’ve been coming here for years and would recommend Hotchkiss to anyone. They always have great customer service!

Shelby got me in for a check up right away. They sent a text with a full clear review of my car that they checked through with options to fix certain issues. They weren’t pushy on repairs and were very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be returning.

I Love HotchKiss Auto Repair! They are fast and friendly. I was recently there to get a tune up on my 2017 Infiniti QX 30 and they reached out to me to let me know minor issues they found within my vehicle to be fixed as well as had my car ready for me the same day Though I declined on fixing the minor issues; I will be back to get it fixed at at later time.!
