10/10 would recommend! Last shop I took my car to quoted me $5 grand so I took it here and it only cost $1k. This is the only shop I’ll take my car to now. Shelby is the best! So trustworthy, which is rare to find out here. A true gem of a shop.

Shelby and the crew at Hotchkiss are great to work with. I came in with a seemingly difficult to diagnose electrical issue and they figured it out. Great repair shop!

I cannot say enough about Hotchkiss as a business, the team and the quality of service. I’ve had several repairs needed from the emergency type to a basic oil change and they have taken the time and care every single time. Very rare to find that in a mechanic shop.

Very thorough. Very helpful. Make routine maintenance easy. After so many problems with other repair shops especially dealerships charging for repairs never completed, it's nice just to deal with straight forward service

Although they are nice and friendly I wish I would have listened to my gut instead of them they convinced me to spend 1500 said it would make my car “safe “ even tho I felt deep down I was getting lied to and I was right my car caught on fire shortly after leaving this shop not saying it’s their fault but it is their fault for lying to me deeming my car safe when it wasn’t; a waste of 1500 and no refund in site. They might be friendly but they’ll lie straight to your face while smiling

After taking my car to 2 - either incompetent or dishonest (or both!) auto repair shops - Hotchkiss Auto Repair on Colfax, found the issues, and repaired them - for nearly 1/2 the cost one shop quoted me. They also, re-repaired what the other shop said they fixed. They were notably, very competent, professional, and friendly. Well done and thank you!!

After having a negative experience at another garage, I was really grateful for my experience at Hotchkiss. Shelby road along in my car to identify the noise that was happening to determine the level of urgency of the repair before a tech was available. She got me in with a tech and back on the road safely within 24 hours! Thank you!
